Maybe call with major project changes. My simple PDR repair went from a 2 day project to a 7 day project with no call just a vague text message. Also, the person texting customers updates does not seem to know much about cars or the process to fix them. Maybe train them to speak confidently about it when asked simple questions.

The exterior of the truck looks good. Amazing how the hail damage is taken care of. The interior of the Truck looks as if it were detailed. I like it. Thank You Car Star.
