The length of time it took to get repairs done and then to have them not be done right was unacceptable.

My vehicle was in their shop for 2 weeks and then we noticed things had not been repaired fully so after waiting more than a week for a part to come in we had to return vehicle for a day. During their detailing they threw out things that were not garbage and moved things around and didn't put them back where they belonged. They're all really nice but the repairs took way too long and they weren't done adequately. I wouldn't recommend this body shop to others.

Customer service was really good. Everyone is incredibly friendly. This doesn't make up for the length of time it took to get vehicle back and the fact that things weren't done right.
