0% chance of that. In fact, I will make certain that none of my family, friends or acquaintances ever do business with Glenn's. This is not the first issue I have had. When I took my 08 impala here to have the passenger doors replaced there was a big scratch in the brand new door when I picked it up. I'm all for second chances but not third chances. I am extremely disappointed in "the only Geico certified body shop in Lincoln".

This is the second time I have had my bumper repainted because the first go around whoever put the fog lights in scratched he hell out of the bumper with them and I guess just prayed to God that nobody would notice. I was told that the entire bumper would be sanded and repainted but when I picked it up today I was told that they just taped off that section and repainted it only. The paint in that section is very rough and there is still a small scratch from when they put he fog lights in again! I had to wait a half an hour for them to "wash" it from when I called to check on it and it looks like they just spritzed it quick with a hose, it was very dirty when I picked it up which made it difficult to determine the quality of work. Nobody vacuumed it and whoever drove it around front got the seat and the floor mat wet.

Julie was very nice and very apologetic and accommodating with my schedule for bringing it back in to be repainted. Whoever was filling in for her when she was gone did not have a clue what was going on. I was never called the first or the second time to be advised of when it would be ready and had to call myself.
