Hagen did a great job with our minivan. They replaced our front bumper in a shorter time than expected. They gave us a price quote and stuck with it. The bumper looks great! They communicated well with us as well. Overall it was a great experience.

There was paint chipped and the panel seems to stick out a quarter inch. They did a great job but these issues are minor enough that I don’t want to waste my time bringing it back in.

It seemed to take a very long time. The repairs were relatively minor, but you had it for three weeks. Then there were issues with the headliner that prevented my doors from shutting which caused my battery to die. That became a major hassle after the repairs were complete. Despite these things, I am happy with the quality of the repairs.
