The man that sats right by the front door has never greeted me once and I have been there a few times. The ladies behind the counter, the man that gave me my estimate, and the guy that took care of my car were all Phenomenal. They were all friendly, professional, honest, answered any questions that I had, and my repair was super fast. I didn't have my rental 8 hours. The repair was originally to be 8-10 days per initial quote. It ended up being closer to 30 days. This is understandable as certain parts were on back order and hidden damage was extensive. Better to wait 20 extra days and have it done correctly. I was updated regularly

Repairs were excellent and done in a timely fashion. My only complaint is the wash job was not super clean and my armrest had greasy fingerprints on it and I had just had the car detailed before the car came in for repairs, but that's not a huge issue for me. Otherwise I'd go back to halls for all my body repair needs. Laura's help was also 1st class.

Hall's do fantastic work on repairing damage to cars. They keep you informed about the progress of the repair and when its going to be completed. If add'l work is needed they let you know about a possible delay. They are great people to work with during your repair.
