I had to pay 2 cancellation fees because my vehicle was not ready when I got there to pick it up. The heat was not working and it took 40 minutes to get it working. I paid $20 for my eyebrows and $50 for my nails. And now the mileage is in kilometers instead of miles and temperatures in Fahrenheit instead of degrees. I still have a headache.
