My only concern is that the shop where the repairs are physically done are in a different location (city) than the office. I was just uncomfortable with the idea of transporting my car so often. But the work done on my car is excellent, I was treated very courteously and professionally. Thank you Car Star!

I like the work done, I've had a better paint job at Lakes Body Shop in Lakewood. I wasn't happy that the body shop was in a different city from where I turned in my car.

there is a dent in the hood that wasn't there before. a lot of muddy boot prints on the enterior of the car and the windshield is has been washed in such a manner that it is all full of streaks.
