I really appreciate the level of care for getting Dixie 2.0 back on the road. Thank you for doing just a little extra by replacing all four mud guards when only 1 of them were actually damaged, as well as putting back on my custom plates and badging. Bumper looks great and she rides a lot smoother with the rebuilt suspension. My accident may have been a blessing in disguise and thankfully no one was injured, just Dixie 2.0. I was absolutely impressed with how CarStar handled my claim from start to finish. Melinda was great to work with and she kept me updated with the progress of my repairs. They got me back on the road in a timely manner. The techs who took care of (Dixie 2.0) my 2017 Ram 1500 Sport went a little extra when only one of my mud guards were damaged they replaced all 4 of them since they came in a set of 4. They took the time to re apply my custom plates after the front bumper was replaced as well as custom badging I had on the front fender. My accident may have been a blessing in disguise because my truck rides a lot smoother with all new suspension components that were replaced. I would definitely recommend this Body shop as a go to for repair and body work. Also, nice they are a one stop destination because they have certified mechanics on site as well so they don’t have to sub out for mechanical work further delaying turn around time. Thank you Melinda and the rest of CarStar staff, I appreciate the level of care that went into getting Dixie 2.0 back on the road!! 5 ⭐️’s, Billy Osborne
