I have been happy with your services previously however, this time I have been less than satisfied.

I wasn’t as satisfied with my service this time compared to the previous time that my vehicle was serviced by Jaime Rodriguez repairs. I do wish that before you discuss payment, that you would let the client know that you only accept cash or card. When I arrived at the shop to retrieve my vehicle, I opened the hood and found that there was a plastic guard that was not secured at all to my vehicle. I made a phone call to the office and they sent someone out to remedy this situation. Furthermore, after I drove my vehicle for a couple of weeks, I noticed that there was an extreme amount of wind noise inside the vehicle. Upon further inspection, I found that there was a seal that was in advertently left off of the door.

My truck was with Jaime Rodriguez body shop for 7 weeks. My front license plate was not installed. My truck is now pulling to the right (passenger side) every time I brake. My bed is not sitting properly, I explained to the technicians at the very beginning that the passenger side shock was hyper extended and it stayed unlevel. I am not satisfied with the service. I would think that having for 7 weeks, everything would be exactly the same or better than when it was brought in for service.

I was searching for a simple installation and one that could be worked on quickly due to time off. I was assisted right away for an amazing price and the job was finished within the hour!
