My car looked brand new when I received it. I got it earlier then then I was supposed to & they cleaned it up, washed it and vacuumed it real nice. Very happy customer here! The lady at the front desk (so sorry I can’t remember your name) she was so kind & helpful, She made me feel very welcomed.

Everything seemed good until I came to pick up my car and was told that NONE of the things that wrre promised to me were even done. 2 employees said that it would be no problem to replace a plastic coolant hose (which I supplied) and point my driver side low beam correctly. Not only was it not done but the way I was told by Mary was very insulting. You guys charged my insurance over $5,200 and the engine compartment still has deer hair all over it....but you armoralled the tires. I don't like being lied to. I left very dissatisfied because of how Mary "handled me". Carstarr"s word is no good with me and that's a shame because everybody seemed cool.....except Mary.

Charging the customer 700 dollars after you have already gotten 4000 for doing almost nothing to the vehicle is not a cool thing todo during such a hard time.
