There was a slight problem with a couple of issues that we detected when inspecting the vehicle before picking up. Brian assured us that these issues would be taken care of and that they stand behind their work. They are just waiting on replacement decal stickers and when they come in, the scratch to the right bed side will be repaired. It was noted that the scratch was not there when we dropped off the vehicle. The scratch also damaged the right rear tail light and we were told that it would be replaced at the same time they repair the scratch. There was a “camper electrical plug” installed inside the left hand side of the bed and it broke off when the repair was being done. Brian is checking into getting a replacement cover for it. Overall, we are pleased with the transparency and communication we have received from Carstar Kreations in Willits.
