Carstars Yokum’s initially quoted 7 working days to complete the repairs. It took 22 days (4 weeks) before getting my car back. Frustratingly I was never notified about the delay until the day I was due to have my car returned. Additionally the reasons given for delays were not credible.

The repair job was perfect. They restored my vehicle to perfection. The only downside was that it took a but longer than i had hoped fir, but well worth the wait.

My car looks great! The only reason for the 9 rather than the 10 is because when it was put back together, the passenger side tail lights were left disconnected.
