Hi this is Elsa Bessette I had you use my visa card for a 50.00 hold on a rental for Rosendo Guerrero I do not authorize La Habra Collision to use my credit card for any other purpose other then the $50.00 as I I'm not responsible for any damages or unpaid balance for the use of the rental or car accident body work that is being done on Rosendo vehicle. Despite a car wash there was sticky residue left on my car from the replacement side rocker. Time was not probably estimated nor explained why the delay in receiving my car (it would have been nice to know my car was getting washed). Overall I will recommend this place it would just have been nice to have been fully aware of how long the process was going to take. Instead I was told the manager was going to check on the car and get my keys then had to wait another 30 mins to be told the car was 2nd in line for a car wash

Everything went smoothly, I never worried about a thing. Ernie Soto who dealt with my claim was very helpful & took care of everything for me. The text messages giving me status updates on my vehicle were great as well. It gave me piece of mind.

Personnel were courteous and professional. Satisfied with the quick fix rather than replacing the whole front bumper. Job was performed in a timely manner and the wait was comfortable in a clean classy customer area. Appreciated the unexpected car wash.
