I can’t say enough about them. I’ve wrecked my car so many times, they know me & they take care of me. They try to find extra ways to make me laugh because I think they know I’m a little disappointed to keep wrecking my car. They really care about me & they improve each time I do the damage. Really appreciate those guys. U can’t go wrong with them & they advocate for u. The insurance company tries to get them to use cheap parts; but they don’t do it & that’s a risk to them; but they do it because they are focused on doing the best job they can for their customers. Love em!

CARSTAR was not able to clean the stains off of the inside of the dashboard glass display. If they were not able to clean this, then they should have had the glass replaced.

Inside of the dashboard glass had stains on it. CARSTAR wasn’t able to clean the stains. They should have inquired about replacing the glass at that point.

Everything was great except for the glass stains on the inside of the dashboard glass. I would have like to have been contacted to let me know that the stains couldn’t be removed. I would’ve then requested for the glass to be replaced.
