Carstar was the best experience that i have ever had with a repair shop! Mike was above and beyond professional, curious and knowledgeable! Superb communication throughout the repair and the job was completed a day earlier than expected! A very happy 18yr daughter and for anyone who has experience knows that is no easy task!!! Oh, and Yes the repair was magnificent! Bravo Team Carstar! Ps: my hats off to the gentleman outside that cleaned and put the finishing touches on the car! Well done!

I recently used Carstar through my car insurance for a no fault accident. Mike was my representative and he was wonderful from start to finish. He gave me an honest estimate of time and updates on progress were sent via text consistently. They also work very well with the car rental company so I had no issues dropping off the car and getting my ride coordinated to my rental. The body work was excellent, my car looks like nothing ever happened.
