The communication could have been better. I had no idea that my car was ready until I further investigated. Was not aware the office was closed on Saturdays. Better communication would have made this already stressful process, just little bit easier to deal with.

Communication should have been better. Trying to pick up ky vehicle was more challenging then it should have been. The door was not replaced with the same exact item and there is a scuff on the inside of the door that will not come out. Services were not horrible but can use improvement.

Flawless repairs and the car came home cleaner than it’s ever been. Even the best car wash places never had the interior looking this clean. Interior looked like a new car.

My car was repaired as promised as looks amazing. They updated me on the completion and were very friendly and professional. Instead of keeping my car while we wait for the emblem they were honest and advised I could take me car and swing by once the emblem arrived. I appreciate that and will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for their exceptional workmanship!
