After I made an appointment with the customer service for the repair, I didn’t receive any confirmation from them. I had to call them to check the status of my car. Also they did not contact me when the car was ready.

My only negative, if you can call it that, is my vehicle was originally promised for Tues/Weds and I didn't get it until Friday, resulting in over $100 in additional rental car charges. The car looks beautiful
