It took a week longer than originally projected which put me in a real bind. Also, the cost was absurdly high. Also, feedback on the status of things was almost nil. And, I got no email replies from the person I dealt with thru the estimate process, only to find that she had been terminated from the company. In the end, it appears things came out well, but ...

Repair took a week longer that initially projected. Morse could have done a much better job at keeping.me informed. Parts delivery was delayed/slow. I don't think Morse did much to keep costs down where possible.
