In this day and age customer service seems to suffer. I was so impressed with the level of customer service at Carstars. They kept me informed with calls and texts as to the progress weekly. Everyone at CarStars treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. A couple issues arose and Carstars settled the problems quickly and to my satisfaction. I would like to thank Frank, Renee, Mia, and Diego for going above and beyond in assisting a little old lady. Car Stars delivers quality, and warranties their work so they have to be the best repair shop in Dallas. I plan to take my car back to them for some minor body work in the future. Carstars is the best!

They far exceeded scheduled time to be competed. The 2 ladies quickly got me in and out in under 10 minutes and would’ve been quicker if it wasn’t for a technical issue which they quickly fixed to get me in and out.

Frank was very curtíos and helpful on the phone. They tow my car right away. There was a body damage in the front and did a fantastic job fixing. Rene was very polite and walked us through what was done on the car. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and people that work there.
