I will add that this ratting is very subjective because the repairs were on a brand new 2023 SUV so, there is extenuating circumstances, in addition to the fact that the damage was very substantial.

On the day we were scheduled to pick up the car, I got a text message with a link to a website that told us the car would be ready at 4:30. My wife got there before then and was told to wait. At 4:45 they told us the car would not be ready for 2 days. This completely messed up the plans for alternate transportation we had made. We would appreciate Travelers not using them again, should we need repairs in the future.

Their service was impeccable. Car was beautiful outside and in. The collision had folded or front license plate and they were able to unfold and reuse it. Very pleased!!
