Brady was great in communication but someone needs to oversee results and not rush it.

The staff was very helpful was kept me informed as to the process and what to expect when and they kept their word regarding when they were going to call me to update me. It was a seamless process and they walked me thru getting a rental vehicle. These folks know their business!

They gave me a good quote on body work after an accident, without making me feel like they were looking for "extras" that I didn't need. They buffed the paint for free instead of charging me for an expensive repaint; and repaired a latch on the gate rather than telling me I needed a new piece. Rob is very friendly and made me feel like he valued my business. I was pleased that they also washed and vacuumed the car!
