We have very limited options in our area, and the repair itself was good quality. I would warn them about the lack of finishing and have them go over the repairs and closely look at the surrounding area to the repairs with the mechanic very closely upon pickup.

The repair itself (replacing headlight, buffing out scratch & repainting) were good quality. The finishing touches were not. There was a ton of overspray on my wheel and engine compartment that was not cleaned. There were several missing brackets where they reattached the fender. There was a triangular cover that was not part of the repair that was securely attached when I dropped off my vehicle that was broken off and sitting in my cup holder when I picked it up.

The receptionist was wonderful, and my interactions prior and during the repair were great with the mechanic. They worked well with my insurance to get the repairs done and paid for. When I got my car and noticed the minor issues with finishing, my dad reached out to the shop to let them know and see what could be done and the response did not lead to any resolution. My dad ended up buying the missing bolts for the fender, and cleaning supplies to take care of the overspray. We are still trying to figure out a solution for the cover that was broken off and in my cup holder.

I found the body work to be of the highest quality. Travis provided outstanding customer service and kept us updated throughout the process. The car came back looking new. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend using them for your car.

From beginning to end, my experience with Carstar did not disappoint. I was first greeted by Jenny who was quick to get the process going. Kind, friendly, and considerate she was ... a true gem. Although busy at the computer, Travis stopped what he was doing to examine my car's damage, took photos, and then invested the time and effort to access what needed to be done to restore my car to its pre-accident condition. Carstar worked closely and responsively with the insurance agent and were able to complete the project on time and in harmony with their estimated cost of repairs. No one wants the headache that comes with an accident and necessary car repairs. But should it ever happen again, I'll be certain to take my car to Carstar, where once more I expect to receive from Jenny a welcoming smile, and from Travis his full and complete attention. 😊
