The shop didn't make me aware of my tires being bad because it wasn't related to accident. They sent it for alignment 2 times both with bad tires. So what could of been avoided of me having to pay for a 2nd rental vehicle cost me 100 bucks for a rental while I waited for the shop to decide it was my tires causing the 2nd problem. Then telling me because it wasn't accident related that they didnt bother looking at the tires.

When I went to pick up my car, the inside the door kick plate was broken. I wasn’t told it was gonna be replaced until I said something about it being broken. That felt a little shady. The car shouldn’t have made it through a final inspection because the door wasn’t seeding in properly there were 2 dents one having cracked paint which would have lead to further damage. I will never use them again.

The service was good. I think they could work on having their meeting earlier in the day to communicate earlier in the day for their customers. Not 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
