We took ownership early 2025, bringing with us more than 20 years of experience owning and operating collision repair shops throughout the area. After previously operating four collision repair locations, we made the decision to focus our experience and attention on one location—Olympia Autobody. Our goal is simple: make the repair process as easy and efficient as possible while restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Listen. I really like you guys. But whoever did this job really missed the target. The carpet was still soaked in the front. And after bringing it back as requested. Whoever still didn’t check the back carpets. Rather than bring the truck back a second time I shampooed the mold out and dried it out myself. A complete miss on taking the water out of the carpet after reporting the water damage. I just hope you found the leak that soaked the carpet. If I could add pictures I would.

Because the person I spoke with the first time I made sure to talk about the possibility of a leak near the front dash area. The ceiling liner looks good. The paint repair looks fantastic too. Just missed the soaked carpet.

Didn’t complete the job at hand. Fixed the windshield but didn’t even touch the grill. My insurance company got charged for the grill and now I have to return the truck.

Everyone there was great.They worked on it as quickly as they could and they took care of all the insurance problems.
