They were thorough for checking for other possible damage from the rear bumper damage. Extremely clean organized business. Helpful and polite, keeping us updated on the repairs. Communication excellent. We also had a headlight lens we questioned them about possibly replacing due to glazed cracked look, I was notified they had buffed it and sent me a picture in a text to illustrate it compared to the untarnished headlight. Totally AMAZING job and the cost was minimal! This will for certain be our place to give business to and also tell others as well, in fact we already have. Picking up my Lexus, it was beautifully clean and the workmanship was impeccable. Thank you again.

Greatly appreciated the progress reports and updates. Also impressed with fixing after market additions I had...specifically replacing the hood bra, not only that but I was contacted to ensure that they ordered the exact same bra that was originally purchased. That small attention to detail...repairing my vehicle to it's exact original state was appreciated and impressed me. Taking time to also do immediate touch ups during delivery without any fuss was nice. Everyone was professional and struck me as genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. Wish other businesses would conduct themselves like Carstar did.
