Everyone was great, accurate about completion date, transparent about the process and the work was excellent. Sahara and Nikole were wonderful to work with and Sahara arranged for some minor cosmetic paint repair to be done at the same time at no extra charge. This repair shop exceeded my expectations!

Communication with me was great. And they dealt directly with State Farm. Each person at Carstar was friendly and knew what they were doing. My repair took 5 weeks which was longer than I expected, but I don’t fault them for that. 5 stars.

I love getting text updates even if it is delaying completion. The main thing is it is an update! I understand parts can be difficult to obtain and CarStar was doing the best for my Mazda. CarStar even vacuumed out my car before I picked it up which was definitely icing on the cake.
