I turned in my car for damage on the passenger side for my car, scraping down the side. Carstar was able to get me in right away, communicated with me throughout the process, and provided an amazing result of a completely fixed car. Great customer service kind service personal left my car, immaculate, and clean! However I was not satisfied with the orange peel appearance after the paint job & after pointing it out I was told that you cannot wet or buff water based paint, but I looked on the Internet and it says different just that you have to be very careful when sanding or buffing it out. Other than that, I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

The steering wheel has big chunks of of it from the club being tore off. Not sure why that was not replaced due to the damage being from the attempted theft.

Not all repairs were completed. The steering wheel should have been replaced as it had huge chunks taken out from attempted theft. Also the time frame to fix vehicle was ridiculous

An aftermarket molding strip had been used and did not fit appropriately. They acknowledged the issue immediately when noted and ordered a genuine Ford part to replace it.
