I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR Collision, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs\. If you go there, ask for **Ben**\. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything quick and stress\-free\. My truck had been rear\-ended, leaving the frame bent, the rear bumper destroyed, the tailgate dented and scuffed, and the backup camera, parking sensors, and backup assist needing repairs\. When I got my truck back, it honestly looked brand new\. The repairs were done professionally, everything works perfectly, and the quality exceeded my expectations—all at a very fair price. What really impressed me was that Ben and his team went above and beyond. They even cleaned the entire interior of my truck without me asking. It came back cleaner than the day I bought it.

After a terrible experience at another body shop, CARSTAR-Q completely restored my confidence. Great work delivered in a very timely manner. I had a time sensitive repair to 2 different parts of the BMW X3. Dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon good as new. Thanks to your entire Staff for a job well done!

Excellent Care Service. Prompt Delivery Service. My Car was ready in 3 days. The repair Job was Excellent. My Car looked Shinny Brand New. They do wash and wax your car after repairs. Impeccable customer service. My Insurance took care of the Rental Service, but I was able to leave the Rental with CarStar and the Rental Company came and picked their car up. I do recommend their Business to you. Ben, Anthony and the young lady receptionist Very Friendly and Very Professional 👍
