Picked this repair shop after reviewing my options from State Farm. Saw a 4.9 rating and great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was nowhere near quality care and quite poor communication. Shop had vehicle 5/1 until 6/6. On 6/3, went to pick up and found rear passenger door in poor condition and car alarm was removed. I did appreciate the paid rental for extra days, but that was merely the right thing to be done given the situation. While I know not to expect brand new doors, the conditions of the replacement doors and the white markings all around, left on the car, show the lack of effort to provide quality repair work and I’m disappointed with my experience. Ben did say I could go back during regular business hours to clean off the white markings but I don’t know if I’ll make the effort to return at this point.

There was a change in what was done for my car. This change was performed without advising and getting my permission first. I was told the bumper would be replaced, instead it was repaired only. You can tell, and there were some cracks in the clear coat. It is my vehicle and I should have been consulted. Everyone was friendly otherwise.
