Very professionally administered service from beginning to end. The two gentlemen who seemed to be managers were very attentive to my inquiries. And in addition very friendly. I have the intention of returning at a later date to have bed liner applied to the cargo area of my van. The reason for the 9 instead of 10 is that generally speaking 10 implies perfection. It is a designation that seems to be overused these days. Because very very few things are ever actually perfect whether tangible, or intangible. It is something we all should strive for because it is achievable but rare. Having said that. On a day that Inreturned before the job was completed to retrieve an item from the vehicle. I noticed a flaw in the paint application. The manager saw and agreed with my observation. And immediately drove the vehicle back to the paint shop for a re-do. I didn't have to prove anything. Corrective action was immediate. This same level of attention was shown by offfice staff during a phone call days later when I asked about the dust that had settled inside the vehicle. Which I only noticed because of the amount of dust transferred to my clothing while carrying away my things. Lastly, upon returning to retrieve the completed vehicle I pointed out visible overspray on the handle of the repaired door. Again, once made aware of the issue. The gentleman in charge immediately requested a teammember to resolve the problem. Which he did on the spot. My feeling is that these three obseravtions could've been eliminated entirely by a stronger quality control routine. Doing so makes greater the possibility of only positive feedback of customers. And it increases the likelihood of retaing them not only as a customer. But also an advocate willing to refer potential customers to the business you work so hard to remain competitive in. To sum up. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I would use Carstar Q for future work I may have. As well as, recommend them to others in need of their services.

Excellent customer, vehicle was ready before the date given and I honestly felt like I received a new car. Can’t even tell that I was in an accident. Everything replaced and new. I’m more than happy with the service and repairs to my vehicle. Thank you to all of the CARSTAR employees I experienced and even the ones that I didn’t that took care of my vehicle. Maddy was my first contact for an estimate. Pleasant , professional, and excellent follow… Then when I dropped off my truck for the work I met Maddy’s father Ben and was further assured of being satisfied.
