Overall experience was great. Work quality was great. Had some difficulty getting status updates and seemed to take longer than expected. There was delay in getting response from insurance which it I would have known could I have helped bring resolution allowing me to not spend as much on rental car. Texts or calls would have been great for update. Instead I had to call in and leave voicemails. But even so I appreciated the work and service !
