It was a pleasure to deal with Russom’s. I appreciated the ability to have timely communication with a live person to discuss repairs, etc. Adam was very easy to deal with and responded to my inquiries promptly. I appreciated the ability to order parts for my other Tesla, although the prices were exorbitantly high, I assume because of the cost of having Tesla certification, etc. I mentioned that in the Tesla survey I received, but gave Russom’s highest marks.

I waited until the whole repair was completed before submitting my review. Russom’s Car Star did a great job of repairing my Honda Civic after a neighbor damaged the bumper. I cannot tell that it has been repaired as they did a great job matching the paint and fixing the accents that were scuffed or broken. The communication could be a bit better and a shipping issue caused the repair to be a bit slower than intended but overall, they did a seamless repair and followed through by allowing me to pick my vehicle up and bring it in for an hour or two when the final piece of trim was ready to replace at no additional cost.
