Was told that vehicle was done with repairs but it was going to be detailed. A day and a half later I went to pick my vehicle up and it had not been finished from the detailing, there was still chemical spray over the inside of the vehicle that had not been wiped down. There were chemicals on the back window also.

I was told it would take 5 days for my car repair. It took almost 5 weeks…. Then when I got it back it wasn’t detailed as it was supposed to be, so I had to make arrangements to bring it back to get detailed. THEN when I picked it up, my seats were wet, and the windows were all fogged up from moisture in the car… fast forward a week later and I am still wiping my inside windows from all the moisture.

Poor communication, took wayyyy longer than was told and I had to continuously follow-up, detailing job initially wasn’t done and then when it did get detailed it was done poorly.

Repair was quoted at 4-5 days and ended up taking over 4 weeks. I always had to call for updates, usually ending up in a voicemail, and never got a same day call back. Rear bumper was supposed to be repainted in addition to the insurance work. That never happened!!! When I picked up the car, like a bad joke, it was offered that I could bring it back again. smh
