This was my first time using Carstar. I was completely happy with their service especially the fact that they make sure to completely inspect their work before turning it over. They also cleaned the interior which I did not expect. They maintained good communication with me about how long the process would take and how they were working with my insurance. Carstar is a well run company. The location on South Commercial is very good.

The passenger tire front right had a problem with air escaping as a result of the tire valve plug in installed properly. I had to bring to car back four days later. Ramone and Omar fixed the air problem However, the TPMS indicator light is still on.
