Thank you to Mr Jesse and his team for all your help from the first day I called this shop to four months later thru dealer delays he always kept me updated on all that was going on with my Kia. It was difficult for me but the end result was amazing. Thank you again for all your caring and professional manner and great work .

They made the process so smooth. I called and they were very friendly from the get go, gave me information that helped me and most people don’t give that. Updated me with information everyday about my vehicle, they gave my car back in no time. My car is pretty old but when I got it back it looked really good.I was very satisfied with the job they did. I would definitely recommend and have recommended Carstar in Natalia.

Job took 4 days longer than quoted and I was not notified it was going to take longer. I called and was told my vehicle was ready to go, I show up and it wasn’t. The molding on the windows was not replaced correctly and there is paint on the windows. I was told that the final day they were fixing the handle of the door…but I got a notification from my vehicle that the battery was dead. When I called to ask why they said it was because the tailgate was open and they were putting the bumper back on. A lot of things where told to me that do not add up especially when my family has worked in car dealers and auto body shops for 60+ years.

Jesse was great to work with. He kept us informed and answered all our questions proffesionally, addressed any and all concerns expediently. He was a better liason than the unsolicited useless calls from another office - headquarters? . A clueless woman called, had no idea our vehicle was already in the shop- just a waste of my time. HOWEVER, Jesse- , the shop in Lytle will be the reason we will recommend CS Superior to friends and Neighbors.
