There are places you do business with that you remember, because their great, and some that you'd rather just forget. CS, is definitely the former. From the first interaction whey Trevor and the front office staff I knew this place different. Trevor took the time to understand my needs and concerns and took care of me in an incredibly timely manner. It is not often that you deal with such professionalism and frankness. CS, is the real deal!

NEVER would I recommend this place. I went here roughly two years ago for some work done and had a fantastic experience. Now I wish I never went back. This is the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with an auto shop. My car still needs to be repaired.

-it took months to fix -missing parts went I was told it was ready -was accumulating water in the trunk -bumper didn't line up properly -had defects with the paint job -figured it would have been washed when I picked it up -I told them it was making a loud noise now when I test drove it and that never got repaired

Trevor was cordial, but that only goes so far. I was called several times that they were finished and to collect the car. I couldn't believe the condition they were trying to give it to me. It was as if they didn't even inspect the work. There was a dash light issue that was initially declined by my insurance but eventually got approved. While I was working on getting that approved, I was threatened with storage fees for not picking up the car. I pointed out several alignment issues with the fender, trunk, and bumper. I was told they needed approval for an OEM bumper. There was always an issue. The car still isn't in the condition before the accident. I wish they would have said they couldn't fix it instead of putting me through three months of headache.
