Carstar kept me informed throughout the repair and answered my questions. The pick up was easy, we did a walk around and noticed something wrong and immediately took care of it with no issues. I drove off and heard noises went back and drove around but noise decided to only be heard by me but even though was suggested that they will take a look at it which made me feel at ease and not overwhelmed them with my noise. My car looks brand new drives even better. Another service that left me in awe was that they detailed the inside of my car and I appreciate that so much thank you everyone at Carstar Top Car.

From arrival to departure I was greeted and treated professionally. They answered all my questions. Cesar made me feel comfortable with leaving my car for the auto body repair. Loreen is so sick of me and USAA, she is the most patient soul! She is courteous, friendly, and professional. She is knowledgeable and feels comfortable putting you on hold to make sure that she provides you the best information. The gentleman that saw me off was friendly, professional and courteous as well. Having a lifetime warranty is amazing. If I were to ever need body work completed in the future I will have Carstar top car auto body work their magic and make it look brand new. They even washed my car, complete with tire shine. Can I come by for a car wash when she needs it next? Thanks for blessing me

Overall it was good, the employees treated me well and they did a good job on the car. I had to come back because there was an issue with the mirror and some of the lights but they also did that free of charge.

Lorena and the gentleman who took care of my car and returned my keys to me were very nice and they had very excellent customer service. I will bring my car there any day, which I hope I don’t have to do. They were excellent and if I ever needed to have a car repair done again. I would come to CarStar. Thanks yall
