Work done was good…. Communication was not good….Kim was very responsive…..but the rep that was handling the repair was ok on response time but was not clear on his responses to me….for several days he told me I was in paint and they after a few days of this he told me the paint booth had been down for a week…if I was told that on the front end I would not have called and bothered him every day….

I’m satisfied with the work that was done. Gave a 9 because of the amount of time it took to get my Daddy’s truck back.

So far everything seems good. Good job on the bed liner retouching & paint blending. I am not satisfied with having only one new side step. The insurance should have paid for a new one or at least pay to have it look new! Waiting 2 1/2 months to get it back was a bummer though!!
