I have had my car back for about a week and, so far, I am satisfied with the quality of repairs. There is a lack of attention to small details ie windshield stickers were not removed and the windshield had a lot of streaks on the inside and outside and a there was a missing piece on hood of car (Carstar Trice took care of it, quickly)

EXCELLENT experience! They were available to take my car in for repair the day after my accident. The customer service people in the office were absolutely wonderful. I received updates every step of the way so I would know when to expect them to finish. The repair looks AMAZING! They definitely went the extra mile! Very pleased!
