CarStar Trice paint & body is the ultimate perfection of great customer service & overly satisfied body work! They took the time out to come get my car all the way in Atlanta & made my car BRAND NEW! I appreciate you guys so very much for your phenomenal works & my weekly updates! I would call every Tuesday until Jason caught up and would reach out to me instead & say hey so this is what’s going on today. Jason, Lee & “Kriston with an O” lol (inside joke); thank you guys very kindly! Hopefully there will be no more accidents however, I know I can depend on you guys for your great quality service. & you are my Number 1 recommendation body shop for anyone who comes across. Our Explorer looks great after the repairs. Very happy now. Ony had one issue and that wes due to State Farm but Carstar worked with State Farm and resolved the issue.

Very happy with the constant status updates I received. Only caveat is how long the car was in the shop - I’d have preferred to drive it until the parts came in, but I understand the supply issues we are facing in today’s world. Not complaining.

Things were still left un repaired. The fender well in which I said something was wrong, they said it was brakes it was not. Took it to another shop and charged another 180.00 plus another five day rental I was responsible for.
