CARSTAR Universal Body Shop and Collision was founded in 1994 it has since relocated to its current facility since 2010. With the goal of establishing a body shop in our community that would provide complete service at a great price without sacrificing excellent workmanship, quality product and a speedy delivery. We strive for perfection and have completed some of the most rigorous training in the industry to make sure we are repairing the vehicle like the OEM manufacturers say they should be fixed. We stand behind our knowledge and our repairs for the life of the car. We will work with all insurance companies. We employ highly skilled professionals that are expert automotive technicians. We had some issues and communication was not great in the beginning. I had to come back out of pocket to complete the repair of my car but ultimately we came to an agreement and the car was repaired to satisfaction.

Due to miscommunication of what was being repaired, when the car was going to be ready and price of repair changing greatly from initial estimate. One of the service guys yelled at me because I was told to bring my car to the garage and apparently I wasn’t supposed to be in the garage. He was horrible!!! Ultimately, you all made it right!

The driver side door electronics weren’t working so I took it to my mechanic who found the issue that the electronics harness wasn’t clipped in properly and solved it.

Dropped off my car due to water entering my trunk and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I got my car back quickly and they did an amazing job fixing it

I was honestly afraid they wouldn’t be able to perfectly match the color of my car but they sure showed me! My car looked way better than I expected. They also spoke directly with the insurance company and made it a smooth and seamless process. I was even able to leave my rental there and take my car home.
