The only positive thing I can say is the repaired part of the car looks nice. A hole in fender and and bend in the door and 45 days and a little over $5000 later, I have my car back with mismatched headlights.... one was broken during the disassembly and they replaced that one, so it's shiny and new, while the other one is what a headlight looks like on most cars over 10 years old... they did attempt to buff the old light after I brought it to their attention but, still, 1 new one 1 13 years old....45 days and 5000$ I would think produce a little more satisfaction.. .45 days... totally unacceptable even tho I made numerous weekly calls and mostly daily calls even.... Plainly told them we had 1 car between 3 people now and no rental insurance so please let us know if there are any stalls in the process..... Simply did not care at all about customers situation....45 days?!...

I was totally satisfied with the job that Carstar did on my Kia, they kept me posted on the progress everyday. Then the repairs was done in a timely fashion, and the finished product looked like a Show Room Car! I will definitely be back at Carstar if I ever need any car repairs done, and they get a 5 star from me and my family.
