You gave me back a car that doesn't drive well at all. So no I would not like for my friends and colleagues to experience a similar situation.

I had my Ford fiesta "repaired" but I got my car back with steering wheel shake once you drive above 40mph. I called to inform them. They told me the car was fixed "everything was in green on the alignment". My car has never had wheel shake. This is an alignment or balancing issue. So now I have to go get an alignment again and check my tires. I was then informed they are only going to cover the single wheel they took off. If my car did not have those issues even while awaiting the repairs. Then how is that fully repaired? This is after Allstate had me drive around in a half wrecked car with bad alignment for 60 days. Which I'm sure that also wore my tires in a less than optimal way. Overall I am not satisfied that my car was not repaired to the mechanical state it was in prior to being the victim of a road rage incident.

The customer service was average.
