From drop off to pick up, communication was excellent. I was assisted in getting my rental vehicle dropped off/picked up, and received text messages with each update as my van was moving through the repair process. The exterior of my van was professionally washed, and all areas of work were walked through at completion. All in all, I was highly satisfied, and would recommend in the future. Thank you!

Great customer service!! The staff kept me informed on the progress of my repair daily. I never had to call to check on car.They had to sub out my repair and found a issue. They informed me and quickly resolved the problem.i am extremely satisfied with their service.

Carstar'ss estimate was the lowest of three. Comunication was excellent regarding time estimates for work and ultimately completion. At this point, a few days after picking up thr car, the work looks excellent; the color blends perfectly; the mechanism works as it should.
