I would have liked to know at the time of scheduling my repair that you did not accept credit cards without a 2% surcharge. In fact, I would have liked that to be noted on the quote for repair. In our case, they called one of the people involved (the elderly owner), but not the person who was picking up the vehicle or paying for the repairs, so in terms of communication, I would give the office staff one star rating. If I had known about the 2% surcharge at the time of scheduling the repairs, it would have been easy for an alternative payment method, but when you announce these terms to your customer when they are standing there waiting for vehicle pickup during the middle of a busy day, this is just not professional nor does it make a satisfied customer when I ended up having to pay more than planned due to poor communication by your customer service team. Overall the estimator we worked with, could improve upon her professionalism and customer service interactions overall, I expected the equivalent service and such as the prior times we have used your shop for auto body work.

Everything ran perfectly. The women in the office knew who ! was by the second visit. The car wash was terrific, much needed. Repairs done in just a few days. All was good!
