Williams Carstar Shop is phenomenal! They made the repairs to my absolutely perfectly. They kept me informed during the repair process. Had my car ready when they promised. The job was done so beautifully my car was just like brand new! Great customer service by staff I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again for my repair needs!

My car overheated before I got it home. There are several issues with the repair. I contacted Allstate when I arrived at home and the car was smoking. I attempted to call the shop, but it was closed.

Overall, a positive experience. Because of staff turnover, it is unclear to what degree the delay in finding a needed part was due to a competence issue on the part of the former staff. The new staff has been first-rate. Very responsive and communicative.

I am so happy with the service I received there and how they took care of my car. From start to finish, the process was so easy! The staff is great and Sierra was very nice and helpful in providing me with updates when I called. I would highly recommend them!

Because they were supposed to change my light bulbs out and yall didn't but I blame the staff that's was there at first witch is on longer there. They promised that they would be changed out but didn't let the other people know and didn't leave any notes or memos that it was to be done. And he promised that they would be put in. Besides that I'm very satisfied will definitely recommend them
