You’re planning and scheduling and communications need much improvements. For instance, I was told it would take five days to repair the vehicle. Nobody communicated with me until I reached out on the fifth day for what time the car would be ready. I’ve worked in the scheduling industry shipping and receiving manufacturing banking and many others and I was trained that I satisfied customer. Customer is a repeat customer as well as additional people at this rate I would not suggest anyone to go to Car star Williams auto body. You cannot depend on communications so that you can plan your life around availability. It took 12 days for a five day job and I had to reach out each time for the communication.
