We were not happy with the length of time it took to repair our jeep. The completion date was always changing and never consistent. It felt as though we’d never get it back. There were apologies given because they said themselves that we should’ve gotten it back before we did today but that the person assigned to do the repairs was slow. It just took a long time

Our Cadillac looks very good. There were issues in getting the part in a timely manner and not damaged. This caused a delay in getting our vehicle back. However, the quality of the work was exceptional once we got our truck back.
