These folks are incredible. My car was broken into for the first time in my life, I felt absolutely violated. I brought it in the same day still feeling uncomfortable about everything. Not only was I reassured about my car being in good hands but everything was handled with amazing timing and grace. They even cleaned my car for me and that was absolutely unnecessary. I can't thank these guys enough. Sam and the team were a gift to me when I really needed it the most.

Sam and his team are amazing. I lost my best friend a week prior to my car being broken into and I honestly was besides myself. Having the window smashed out and a storm coming in I thought I'd be tied up in some long process of waiting and signing paper work. This was not the case. Not only was the staff incredible, but Sam was so understanding and even gave me advice on how to avoid these situations in the future. They even cleaned my car for me which I honestly cannot thank them enough for.

Wrong color panel on the car. We have to go back for a replacement .. and they told me my car was ready when it wasn’t so I dropped off the rental and had to get another one
