Callled day before repair due to be finished Told it would be ready the next day. Went to pick up vehicle and it was not ready. No notice or communication about the unfinished status. Extra trip to repair center, car not ready until non the following day.

Great repair! It didn’t take too long. I received a text with vehicle repair tracking that never updated. It only showed as dropped off all day. I also had to call at 4pm the day I dropped it off to see if it was done and I was told it was being washed but I didn’t have time to get there before close. Had I gotten a call a little earlier with the estimated completion time I could’ve picked it up same day. Grateful for the driving service! Overall, happy with my experience.

Everyone was very helpful along the whole process I had the bumper fender and headlights done on my Mercedes Benz. Eden was very helpful answering any questions I had. If you want to keep any stock parts make sure to let them know before hand we had a mix up and lost my stock emblem. Very happy with my repairs thank you guys!
